Our innovative services include a complimentary fully branded web gallery of your conference photos with free downloads so your delegates can share their experience with friends and colleagues, and our mobile studio where we can overlay your logos and deliver an onsite print or email the image direct to delegates.

Our pricing is based on the duration and size of your event, including your unique requirements and conference program. For extended coverage we offer discounted rates.

Your Conference Photography Package

We look forward to talking to you about your conference photography needs. Your package can include:

  • Roaming photography throughout including the registration process, wide angle room shots, close ups of speakers, key and plenary sessions covering multiple speakers, networking amongst delegates during breaks, sponsor signage/banners and social functions;
  • Edited high resolution image files with unrestricted usage rights supplied on labelled disc or usb drive.
  • A complimentary web gallery of all your images so you can share your conference with delegates and colleagues. Sponsor logos and messages can be added to maximise the event's impact. Delegates can download web gallery images for free.
  • Onsite upload of images for urgent distribution is available if required.
  • Mobile studio (lights and backdrop) with onsite printing. Prints can be overprinted with your logo or message to maximise your public relations value and presented to guests in a matted folder.
  • DVD presentations for extended conferences highlighting previous day's events.
  • Professional videography featuring crisp high definition footage using latest in video and sound equipment to record crystal clear audio and video. Footage can be provided in a raw unedited format or our expert editing services can be utilised. Whether it's a short promotional video or full conference coverage, we can deliver your requirements.
